Removing the internal drive-bay bracket To remove the internal drive-bay bracket, complete the following steps: 1. Read the safety information that begins on page v and "Installation guidelines" on page 29. 2. Turn off the computer and all attached devices (see "Turning off the computer" on page 19). 3. Remove the side cover (see "Removing the side cover" on page 35). 4. If a hard disk drive is installed in the bracket, disconnect the signal and power cables from the hard disk drive. 5. Remove the two screws that fasten the top edge of the drive-bay bracket to the chassis. 6. Grasp the lower edge of the drive-bay bracket, and disengage it from the chassis. 7. remove
the

drive-bay
bracket,
complete

off
the

Remove
the
