Bezel release button Replacing the side cover To replace the side cover, complete the following steps: 1. Make sure that all cables, adapters, and other components are installed and seated correctly and that you have removed all work tools or parts from inside the computer. 2. Install the side cover by placing it into position on the computer. Make sure that the lip on the bottom of the cover rests on the ledge on the bottom of the chassis. Replacing
the
side
cover
To
replace
the
side
cover,
complete
the
following
steps:
1.
Make
sure
that
all
cables,
adapters,
and
other
components
are
installed
and
seated
correctly
and
that
you
have
removed
all
work
tools
or
parts
from
inside
the
computer.
2.
Install
the
side
cover
by
placing
it
into
position
on
the
computer.
Make
sure
that
the
lip
on
the
bottom
of
the
cover
rests
on
the
ledge
on
the
bottom
of
the
chassis.
Slide
the
side
cover
forward
to
secure
the
side
cover
in
place.
