Printer Problems and Possible Solutions (continued) Problem The radio light is not on. The blue light is blinking. The printer is not printing with a Bluetooth connection. The printer is not communicating properly. Possible Solution • Press the radio button to turn the radio on. • Remove the batteries and connect a power adapter. For help, see "Charging the Batteries" on page 16. • Make sure media is loaded and the media cover is closed.
