Printer Problems and Possible Solutions (continued) Problem The radio light is not on. The blue light is blinking. The printer is not printing with a Bluetooth connection. The printer is not communicating properly. Possible Solution • Press the radio button to turn the radio on. • Remove the batteries and connect a power adapter. For help, see "Charging the Batteries" on page 16. • Make sure media is loaded and the media cover is closed. For help, see your CK60 or 700 user's manual. • Make sure the handheld computer can print to a known good printer. • Print a configuration test page to make sure that the handheld computer discovered your printer. • Some printing and configuration programs may leave the printer in a different mode than printing mode.
