Convenient CD recording 49 XD-SERIES (EN/M,T) Recording the programmed titles (CD PROGRAM RECORDING) Program the desired tracks from up to 3 CD discs in the desired order and record the programmed playback onto tape. Recording preparations are required. (Steps 1 to 4) ¤ 1 Check that the CD player is in the stop mode. If it is in play mode &^ 2 Select "Recording Options" . MENU MULTI CONTROL SELECT 3 Select "CD Program Recording". MULTI CONTROL SELECT 4 Program the desired tracks. 1 Select tracks in the order you want to play them. (Perform step 3 on page 36.) 2 Check, replace, add or delete the programmed tracks as required. (Perform step 4 on page 37.) 5 Start recording. XD-7...series : The equalizer or 3D surround effect applied to the audio can be recorded together with it. W XD-6...series, XD-8...series : The equalizer effect applied to the audio can be recorded together with it, but the effects obtained by surround playback or DSP playback cannot be recorded to- gether with the audio. E The following items can be selected by turning the MULTI CONTROL jog dial.
