Troubleshooting Problem Print color is not accurate. Description or Cause Possible Solution The current settings are Reset the printer to factory defaults. not correct. The color profile is out of date. 1. Check for a new color profile at www.kodak.com/go/6850. 2. Select: • the Standalone Printer tab • the Technical Resources link for the 6850 Printer Variability in media or environment. Calibrate the printer. See "Chapter 3 Calibrating the Printer" on page 3-1. The printer driver or imaging application is not properly using the color profile supplied for the KODAK 6850 Printer. Review the Profile Read me and use the test profile to verify the settings are correctly addressing the color profile. 1. Go to: www.kodak.com/go/6850. 2. Select: • the Standalone Printer tab • the Technical Resources link for the 6850 Printer 6-2 November 2011
