Getting ready 3 Downloading and uploading the destination list From the page displayed by clicking [Downloading/Uploading Destination list] in the menu on the "Fax" tab, you can export to a CSV file the one-touch dial and speed dial settings for destinations (except FTP server destinations) registered on the machine (download). You can also upload a CSV file to the machine.
