4.8 Confirming the machine counter 4 4.8 Confirming the machine counter You can confirm the cumulative number of printed pages and the number of scans from when this machine was installed using Confirm. 4.8.1 Items you can confirm using the machine counter Machine counter [TOTAL COUNT] [SIZE COUNT] [TOTAL SCAN] [COLOR SCAN] [TX PAGES] [RX PAGES] Contents The total number of printed pages is displayed. Displays the total number of copies/printed pages of the specified paper size as size count. (Your service representative will specify the size of the paper to be counted.) Displays the total number of scans. (The number of scans for copying is not included.) Displays the total number of color scans. (The number of scans for copying is not included.) Displays the total number of fax TX. Displays the total number of fax RX. 4.8.2 Viewing the total counter 1 Press the Confirm key. This displays a screen that confirms the number of printed pages. 2 Use +, to select [TOTAL PAGE], then press OK. 3 Use +, to confirm each count value. 4 Press OK.
