Device Properties From the Details screen, you can view the following Device Properties: • Manufacturer • Model name • Installed accessories • Asset number • Firmware versions • Toner information • Status • Network addresses • Connection status Note: Display of Device Properties is customizable, so you can view the desired information, and place in chosen order. Panel Status Viewing Panel Status is another helpful troubleshooting tool that enables a technician to determine exactly what the device's display indicates (in real-time), and if any alerts require attention. • Multiple users can view panel status at the same time.
