Troubleshooting 140 Check under the ADF tray 1 Remove the ADF tray. 1 2 2 Firmly grasp the paper on both sides, and then gently pull it out. Note: Make sure all paper fragments are removed. 3 Reattach the ADF tray until it snaps into place. 4 Touch OK or press OK , depending on your printer model.
