Blank Screen This option only writes blanks to the video buffer. DPMS Support Initial display power menagement signaling HDD Power Down If HDD activity is not detected for the length of time specified in this field, the hard disk drive will be powered down while all other devices remain active. Settings are Disabled and 1 through 15 Min. HDD Down In Suspend This item determines whether the hard disk drive will be turned off during suspend mode. Settings: Disabled and Enabled. Power Button Function This feature sets the function of the power button. Settings are: Power Off The power button functions as normal power off button. Suspend When you press the power button, the computer enters the suspend/sleep mode, but if the button is pressed for more than four seconds, the computer is turned off. 3-22
