6. PC connectivity You can connect the 7600 imaging phone to a compatible PC via an infrared or Bluetooth connection or the USB cable (DKU-2) supplied with the phone. You can use the phone with a variety of PC connectivity and data communications applications. You may find more information and downloadable files on the Nokia Web site at www.nokia.com. ■ USB port for fast local connections The Pop-Port connector at the bottom of the phone includes a Universal Serial Bus (USB) port that allows fast data transfer via the DKU-2 cable between the phone and a PC provided with a compatible USB port. For the USB connection, you need to have one of the following operating systems installed on your PC: Windows 98 SE, Windows Me, Windows 2000 or Windows XP. Install the appropriate USB drivers that came on the CD-ROM supplied with the phone. For installation instructions, see the documentation supplied with the drivers. Exit all the phone functions before connecting your phone to the PC with the USB cable. Important! You can connect the 7600 imaging phone to a compatible PC via an infrared or
Bluetooth connection or the USB cable (DKU-2) supplied with the phone. You can
use the phone with a variety of PC connectivity and data communications
applications.
