BEFORE YOU BEGIN Congratulations for selecting the new NordicTrack® CXT 1200 elliptical exerciser. The CXT 1200 is an incredibly smooth exerciser that moves your feet in a natural elliptical path, minimising the impact on your knees and ankles.
