Remote control shooting Shooting is possible using the remote control. This is useful when you want to take a picture with yourself in it, or a night scene, without touching the camera. Available modes 1 In the top menu, select MODE MENU T CAMERA T T . Press . ~ "How to use the menus" (P. 28) ● Press again to exit the menu. ● If is displayed on the top menu as a shortcut menu, press the arrow pad in the same direction as the arrow shown next to 4 . ~ "SHORT CUT" (P. 105) Advanced shooting 2 Point the remote control at the remote control receiver on the camera. Press the shutter button on the remote control. ● The camera's self-timer/remote control lamp blinks for about 2 seconds before taking the picture. ● The remote control mode is not canceled automatically after shooting.
