Troubleshooting Before asking for repairs, check the symptoms with the following table. Contact your dealer if a problem cannot be solved even after checking and trying the solution or a problem is not described below, and when having a problem with installations. Symptom Cannot turn on the power of the recorder. Cause/solution • Is the power cord connected to an AC outlet firmly? Confirm that the cord is firmly connected. • Is the provided power cord connected to the recorder firmly? Confirm that the cord is firmly connected. Reference pages - - No live image is displayed. • Is the lens cap detached from the camera? Confirm that the lens cap is detached from the camera. • Are the power of the camera and the connected devices on? Confirm that the power of the cameras and the connected devices are on. • Are the cables connected correctly and firmly? Confirm that the cables are connected correctly and firmly. • Are the brightness and contrast settings of the monitor adjusted correctly? Check the settings. • Is the user level of the current login user set to allow monitoring of live images? Confirm that the user level of the current login user. - - - - 32, 66 Displayed images do not fit in the screen. • It may be due to the effective pixels of the monitor in use. This is not malfunction. - Blurred images are displayed. • Is there dust or dirt on the lens?
