AA Ni-MH rechargeable batteries These are rechargeable and are economical. A commercially available battery charger that is compatible with the batteries is required. AA lithium batteries Recommended in cold climates. Provided with the camera. These are easily obtainable when your usual batteries run out but they may not support AA alkaline batteries all the camera functions under certain conditions. We do not recommend their use except in emergencies and checking the camera's functionality. * CR-V3 batteries have rechargeable and non-rechargeable types. This camera uses only non-rechargeable CR-V3 batteries. Nickel manganese batteries and rechargeable CR-V3 batteries may cause malfunctions due to their voltage characteristics. Therefore, use is not recommended.
