Troubleshooting DRAWER Problem The Drawer does not slide smoothly or drags. The Warming drawer will not work. Excessive condensation in the drawer. Food dries out in the warming drawer. Possible cause The drawer is out of alignment. The drawer is over-loaded or the load is unbalanced. A fuse in your home may be blown or circuit breaker tripped. The controls are not set correctly. There is liquid present in the drawer. Uncovered foods. The temperature is set too high. Moisture is escaping. The drawer is not fully closed. Solution Fully extend the drawer and push it all the way in. See the page 39. Reduce weight. Redistribute drawer contents. Replace the fuse or reset the circuit breaker. See the chapter on using the warming drawer on page 39. Remove the liquid. Cover food with a lid. Adjust the temperature to a lower setting. Cover food with a lid. Push the drawer in until the latch engages. Information codes OVEN Displayed code C-20 C-21 C-d1 C-d0 C-F0 -dC- Possible cause The oven sensor is open when the oven is operating. The oven sensor is short when the oven is operating. This code occurs if the internal temperature rises abnormally high. This code occurs if the door lock is mispositioned. This code occurs if the Control key is short for 1 minute. This code occurs if communication between the Main and Sub PBA is interrupted. This code appears if the partition is inserted or removed while the oven is operating. Solution Press OVEN OFF and restart the oven. If the problem persists, disconnect all power to the range for at least 30 seconds and then reconnect the power. If this does not solve the problem, call for service.
