The Picture is Distorted, or No Sound Comes Out of the Sound Bar The color and design of the TV and its accessories (including the remote control) and the features may differ depending on the model or geographical area. When the picture looks distorted, Power Power First disconnect and reconnect the power cables and HDMI cables on the back of your TV or the One Connect Box, then unplug the power cord and plug it back into the wall outlet. - 214 -
