4 Basic printing PRINTING FROM MACINTOSH (part 1) To use the machine as a printer for the Macintosh, and the PS3 expansion kit must be installed and the machine must be connected to a network. To install the PPD file and configure the printer driver settings, see the software setup guide for network printer. Before printing, make sure that the correct size of paper for your document has been loaded in the machine. SELECTING PAPER SETTINGS Select paper settings in the printer driver before selecting the print command. Mac OS X 1 Select [Page Setup] from the [File] menu of TextEdit. (2) 2 Make sure that the correct printer is selected. 3 Select paper settings. The paper size, paper orientation, and enlarge/reduce can be selected. 4 Click the [OK] button. Touch a key to select the desired category of key operator programs.	4
Use the numeric keys to enter the new 5-digit key operator code.	4
Touch the [OK] key. You will return to the screen of step 4.	4
Press the [CLEAR ALL] key () to exit the program.	4

The following keys appear in screens that require the entry of numerical values.	5
When a checkbox () appears in front of a setting, a checkmark () will appear when the checkbox is touched. This indicates that the setting is enabled. If a checkbox with a checkmark () is touched, the checkmark is cleared () and the setting is disabled.	5
When a key that appears in the form is touched, the setting screen of that key will appear.	5
If the settings continue on the following screen(s), touch the and keys to move back and forth through the screens. To return to the category selection screen, touch the [OK] key.	5
