(2)Lift the upper air filter in the direction of the arrow and remove it. NOTE • Do not apply a high degree of force or attempt to pry it open. This could deform the flange making it impossible to reattach the filter cover. 7. Maintenance 5. Clean all the dust from the filters using a vacuum cleaner. (1)Carefully remove the dust from the filter covers as well as from both sides of all the filters. (2)Remove the dust from the grates on the outside of the projector as well. Be sure to also remove any dust stuck to the louver (blind with angled horizontal slats) with a vacuum cleaner. NOTE • Whenever you vacuum the filter, use the soft brush attachment to vacuum. This is to avoid damage to the filter. • Do not wash the filter with water. Doing so can result in dam- age to the filter membrane and also cause clogging. 6. Do not apply a high degree of force or attempt to pry it open.
This could deform the flange making it impossible to reattach
the filter cover.
5. Clean all the dust from the filters using a vacuum cleaner.
(1)Carefully remove the dust from the filter covers as well as from both sides of all the filters.
(2)Remove the dust from the grates on the outside of the
projector as well.
Be sure to also remove any dust stuck to the louver
(blind with angled horizontal slats) with a vacuum
cleaner.
NOTE
Whenever you vacuum the filter, use the soft brush attachment
to vacuum. This is to avoid damage to the filter.

age to the filter membrane and also cause clogging.
6. Put the various parts of the filter together and fit them inside the filter cover.
