Print The Bluetooth function enables wireless data transfer between devices that support Bluetooth communication technology. You can transfer data between these devices at a range of up to 10 meters in an open area. You do not need to use a cable for connection, since the Bluetooth function uses a wireless technology, nor is it necessary for the devices to face one another, as is the case with infrared technology. For example, you can use Bluetooth devices in a bag or pocket. Bluetooth devices need to be "paired" with each other the first time a wireless connection is made. Once paired, the Bluetooth device and your Walkman can subsequently be connected with a simple operation. What is Bluetooth function?

The Bluetooth function enables wireless data transfer between devices that support Bluetooth communication

technology. You can transfer data between these devices at a range of up to 10 meters in an open area.

You do not need to use a cable for connection, since the Bluetooth function uses a wireless technology, nor is it

necessary for the devices to face one another, as is the case with infrared technology. For example, you can use

Bluetooth devices in a bag or pocket. Bluetooth devices need to be “paired” with each other the first time a wireless

connection is made.

Once paired, the Bluetooth device and your Walkman can subsequently be connected with a simple operation.
