Your Walkman cannot communicate with devices that are not registered. In the Home screen, tap - [Settings] - [ Bluetooth] and check that the name of the Bluetooth device is displayed in the [Paired devices] list. Cancel the sleep mode on your Walkman or the connected Bluetooth device. If the remaining battery power of your Walkman or the Bluetooth device you want to connect with is low or depleted, charge it. The registration (pairing) information on your Walkman or the Bluetooth device you want to connect with might have been deleted. Place the Walkman and the Bluetooth device within 1 meter of each other and turn on the Bluetooth device. In the Home screen of the Walkman, tap - [Settings] - [ Bluetooth], and then select the name of the Bluetooth device you want to connect with from the list. Make sure the Bluetooth audio device supports A2DP profile. If your Walkman and the Bluetooth device are too far from each other, a Bluetooth connection may not be established or may be interrupted. Cannot connect using the Bluetooth function.
Turn on the Bluetooth device and set it up for Bluetooth communication.
Your Walkman cannot communicate with devices that are not registered. In the Home screen, tap

Bluetooth] and check that the name of the Bluetooth device is displayed in the [Paired devices] list.
