Check that the [Music, video, games, & other media] volume is not set to zero. Check whether the headphone plug is inserted firmly in the headphone jack. Sound will be impaired if the headphones are not connected properly. Insert the headphone plug until it clicks into place. If the headphone plug is dirty, wipe it clean with a soft dry cloth. Check whether the song you want to play back is selected. If it is not selected, select a song on your Walkman. Sound is not emitted from the headphones connected to the headphone jack when a Bluetooth connection is active. If there is no sound from a Bluetooth audio device, pairing or connection may not have been completed. Check the Bluetooth connection. If the problem still persists after performing the remedies above, press and hold the button for about 8 seconds or press the RESET button with a pen or paper clip, etc. to reset your Walkman. There is no sound.
Check that the [Master] volume is not set to zero.
Check that the [Music, video, games, & other media] volume is not set to zero.
Check whether the headphone plug is inserted firmly in the headphone jack. Sound will be impaired if the
headphones are not connected properly. Insert the headphone plug until it clicks into place.
If the headphone plug is dirty, wipe it clean with a soft dry cloth.
