Security Lock The projector is equipped with a security lock function. When you turn the power of the projector on, you are required to input the previously set password. If you do not input the correct password, you will not be able to project the picture. Note You will not be able to use the projector if you forget your password and the password administrator is not available. Be please aware that using the security lock can prevent valid usage in such cases. To use the security lock 1 Press the MENU key and then, in the INSTALL SETTING menu, turn on the "Security Lock" setting. 2 Enter the password. Use the MENU, v/V/b/B, and ENTER keys to enter the four-digit password. (The default setting is "ENTER, ENTER, ENTER, ENTER." Input "ENTER" four times when you use the projector for the first time.) Enter password key. Password required for power-on. Use: Cancel: Other key Next, the screen for entering a new password is displayed. (Enter the current password at this screen if you want to keep it.) Enter new password key. Power-on cannot be performed without the password. Security Lock
Security Lock
The projector is equipped with a security
lock function. When you turn the power of
the projector on, you are required to input
the previously set password. If you do not
input the correct password, you will not be
able to project the picture.
You will not be able to use the projector if you
forget your password and the password
administrator is not available. Be please aware
that using the security lock can prevent valid
usage in such cases.
To use the security lock

Press the MENU key and then, in the
INSTALL SETTING menu, turn on
the
“
Security Lock
”
setting.

Enter the password.
Use the MENU,
v
/
V
/
b
/
B
, and ENTER
keys to enter the four-digit password.
(The default setting is “ENTER,
ENTER, ENTER, ENTER.” Input
“ENTER” four times when you use the
projector for the first time.)
Next, the screen for entering a new
password is displayed. (Enter the current
password at this screen if you want to
keep it.)

Enter the password again to confirm.
The security lock is completed when the
following message appears.
If the menu screen displays an “Invalid
Password!” message, do over again from
