Filling Chain Oil Tank Take care not to spill chain oil during refilling and do not overfill the tank - leave approx. 1/2" (13 mm) air space. Closing N Push the filler cap down and twist it clockwise until it engages. Filler cap is now closed. If the filler cap will not engage into the tank housing 001BA231 KN The base of the filler cap is rotated in relation to the upper part. N Look at the black alignment marks on the top of the filler cap. Then the marking on filler cap and the "closed" marking on housing will align. 1 001BA234 KN 001BA235 KN Handle is in an upright position: N Position filler cap - markings on filler cap and housing must align. N Push the filler cap down as far as it will go. N Flip the handle down. Left: Right: Base of filler cap is rotated to the closed position - interior marking (1) is aligned with the exterior marking. Closing
Handle is in an upright position:
N
Position filler cap – markings on filler
cap and housing must align.
N
Push the filler cap down as far as it
will go.
N
Push the filler cap down and twist it
clockwise until it engages.
Then the marking on filler cap and the
"closed" marking on housing will align.
N
Flip the handle down.
Filler cap is now closed.
If the filler cap will not engage into the
tank housing
The base of the filler cap is rotated in
relation to the upper part.
N
Look at the black alignment marks
on the top of the filler cap.

Left:
