TL-SG3109/TL-SL3428/TL-SL3452 Gigabit Managed Switch Family CLI Reference Guide ip name-server The ip name-server Global Configuration mode command defines the available name servers. To remove a name server, use the no form of this command. Syntax ip name-server server-address [server-address2 ... server-address8] no ip name-server [server-address1 ... server-address8] Parameters • server-address - Specifies IP addresses of the name server. Default Configuration No name server addresses are specified. Command Mode Global Configuration mode User Guidelines The preference of the servers is determined by the order in which they were entered. Up to 8 servers can be defined using one command or using multiple commands. Examples The following example sets the available name server. Console(config)# ip name-server 176.16.1.18 Page 123
