Chapter 8 LAG Commands LAG (Link Aggregation Group) is to combine a number of ports together to make a single high-bandwidth data path, which can highly extend the bandwidth. The bandwidth of the LAG is the sum of bandwidth of its member port. interface link-aggregation Description The interface link-aggregation command is used to access the Interface Link-aggregation Mode. To delete the aggregation group, please use no interface link-aggregation command. Syntax interface link-aggregation group-number no Interface link-aggregation group-number Parameter group-number --The LAG number, ranging from1 to 14. Command Mode Global Configuration Mode Example Access the Interface Link-aggregation Mode and configure the aggregation group 1: TP-LINK(config)# interface link-aggregation 1 TP-LINK(config-if)# interface range link-aggregation Description The interface range link-aggregation command is used to access the Interface range Link-aggregation Mode, and you can configure some aggregation groups at the same time.
