To select the paper tray: 1. Load the paper into the desired tray. 2. On the printer control panel, press the Copy button. 3. On the printer control panel, press the OK button to access the tray settings. Note: If you have the optional 500-sheet feeder installed, you will see "Tray 2" as a tray choice. If not, you will only see options for Tray 1. 4. Use the Down Arrow button (if necessary) to select the desired tray and then press OK. 5. Arrow down to the desired paper type and press OK. 6. Note:
Paper type settings must match those of the actual paper loaded in the trays; otherwise,
print quality problems can occur.
To select the paper tray:
1.
Load the paper into the desired tray.
2.
On the printer control panel, press the
Copy
button.
3.
On the printer control panel, press the
OK
button to access the tray settings.
Note:
If you have the optional 500-sheet feeder installed, you will see “Tray 2” as a tray choice. If
not, you will only see options for Tray 1.
4.
Use the
Down Arrow
button (if necessary) to select the desired tray and then press
OK
.
5.
Arrow down to the desired paper type and press
OK
.
6.
Arrow down to the desired paper size and press
