English GettPinlagyiSntgarCteDds COMPACT DISC PLAYER OPERATIONS Random-sequence play The unit can play all the tracks on a selected disc in a random sequence selected by the unit's microcomputer. RANDOM STANDBY/ON 7 INPUT VOLUME RANDOM TIME RDS REPEAT PTY EDIT PROGRAM RT MEMORY DISC 1 DISC 2 DISC 3 DISC SELECT FM/AM TUNING/PRESET PHONES DISC SELECT POWER CT / TIMER CLOCK SET RDS PTY RT TIME REP EDIT TUNING FM/AM ST/MONO DISC 1 2 3 MEMORY PRESET PGM / TUNER CD 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0 REC/ REC/ CD DISC 1 - 3 7 1 Press DISC 1 - 3 or DISC SELECT to select the CD you want to play. 2 Press RANDOM. "RANDOM" appears in the display. The unit starts random sequence play. To cancel random-sequence play mode Press 7 or RANDOM. "RANDOM" disappears from the display. Notes • This feature will not function during programming, or during programmed play. • If ¢ is pressed during random-sequence play, the next randomly programmed track will be played. If 4 is pressed, play will return to the beginning of the current track. • Total remaining time on the disc will not be displayed during random-sequence play. Repeat play You can play any desired track or disc, or all discs repeatedly. Each time you press REP, the display changes as follows: REPEAT OFF 1 2 3 REPEAT 1 TRACK REPEAT 1 1 2 3 REPEAT 1 DISC TRACK REPEAT 1 DISC 1 2 3 REPEAT ALLDISC TRACK REPEAT ALL DISC REPEAT 1 The current track is played repeatedly. REPEAT 1 DISC The current disc is played repeatedly. * In random-sequence play mode, all randomly sequenced tracks are played repeatedly in the different order. REPEAT ALL DISC All tracks on all discs are played repeatedly. To cancel repeat play mode Press REP successively until "REPEAT" disappears from the display. E-11
