English DISPLAY PANEL 1 Multi-information display Displays various information, for example station frequency, preset station number and name of selected input source. 2 MEMORY indicator When MEMORY is pressed, this indicator flashes for about five seconds. During this period, the displayed station can be stored to the memory. 3 AUTO TUNING indicator Lights up when this unit is in the automatic tuning mode. 4 TAPE/MD MON indicator Lights up when the tape deck (or MD recorder etc.) is selected as the input source by pressing TAPE/MD MON / EXT. DECODER on the front panel or TAPE/MD on the remote control transmitter. 5 STEREO indicator Lights up when an FM stereo broadcast with sufficient signal strength is received. 6 Signal-level meter Indicates the signal level of the received station. If multipath interference is detected, the indication decreases. 7 , and indicators " " lights up when the built-in Dolby Digital decoder is on and the signals of selected source encoded with the Dolby Digital is not in 2-channel.
