CHAPTER 17 Maintenance 17.1 Overview This chapter shows you how to change the password, upload new firmware, upload or save backup configuration files and restart the V310. 17.1.1 What You Can Do in This Chapter • The Auto Configuration screen lets you configure the V310 to retrieve the configuration from an auto-provisioning server (Section 17.3 on page 119). • The Upgrade Firmware screen lets you upload new firmware to your V310 whenever an update becomes available (Section 17.3 on page 119). • The Backup/Recover screen lets you backup and restore previous configuration settings or the factory defaults (Section 17.4 on page 120). • The System Authority screen lets you change the system user name and password (Section 17.3 on page 119). • The Factory Defaults screen lets you reset your device settings back to the factory default (Section 17.4 on page 120). • The Reboot System screen lets you restart the V310 (Section 17.7 on page 122).
