Chapter 14 Phone 14.8 Voice Settings Use this screen to change the tone frequency and cadence. Click Configuration > Phone > Voice Settings. The following screen displays. Figure 121 Voice Settings The following table describes the labels in this screen. Table 25 Voice Settings LABEL DESCRIPTION Play Dial Tone Frequency Set the frequency range of the dial tone, which is used to indicate the telephone is working and ready for a call. Play RingBack Tone Frequency Set the frequency range of the ringback tone, the sound people hear when they call you (before the call is answered). Play Busytone Frequency Set the frequency range of the busy tone, a signal that indicates the line is busy. Play RingBack Tone cadence Set the cadence of the ringback tone. Play Busytone cadence Set the cadence of the busy tone. Handset Digital In Set the DSP (Digital Signal Processor) digital gain level for speech that receiving from a Gain handset. Handset Analog In Gain Set the amplify gain level of DSP analog voices that receiving from a handset. Handset Out Gain Set the volume level for speech that the V310 sends to the handset.
