Audio Systems Your Delco@audio system has been designedto operate easily and give years of listening pleasure. You will get the most enjoyment out of it if you acquaint yourself with it first. Find out what your Delco system can do and howto operateall its controls, to be sure you're getting the most out of the advanced engineering that went into it. If you have power door locks, your vehicle has a feature called Retained Accessory Power (RAP). With RAP you can play your audio system even after the ignition isoff. See "Retained Accessory Power" in the Index. AM-FM Stereo with Cassette Tape Player Setting the Clock for All Systems Except AM-FM Stereo Press and holdH R until the correct hour appears. Press and hold MIN until the correct minute appears. There will be a two-second delaybefore the clock goes into time-set mode, and the colon on the display willblink while in this mode. Playing the Radio VOL: Push this knobto turn the system on or off. Turn it clockwise to increase volume and counterclockwise to decrease volume. RECALL: Press this button briefly to recall the station being played or to display theclock. If you press the knob when the ignition is off, the clock willshow for a few seconds. 3-6
