Authenticating users to control access If there is sensitive information published to an Area of the web server, you may want to restrict access to a group of authorized users. Adobe RoboHelp Server 9 handles this as an option on each Area. If the "Protected" option is selected, each user attempting to access the help system is prompted for a User id and Password.
