DVD Video/DVD-VR/Video CD: • When pressed and held in while in the pause mode, the disc is played in slow motion at 1/8th the normal speed. When held in for 5 more seconds, the slow motion speed switches to 1/2 the normal speed. • The picture is forwarded by one frame each time the button is pressed in the pause mode. When Using the Remote Control • Point the remote control at the remote sensor within about 2 meters. • It may not be possible to operate the remote control if the remote control sensor is exposed to direct sunlight. • The remote control is a small, lightweight precision device.
