b Slide the bobbin cover latch to the right. Note Make sure that the thread is correctly inserted through the tension-adjusting spring of the bobbin case. If it is not inserted correctly, reinsert the thread. Getting Ready e Set the bobbin in the bobbin case the thread unwinds to the left. so that 1 a Tension-adjusting spring f Hold the bobbin lightly with your right hand, and then guide the thread with your left hand. CAUTION • Be sure to hold down the bobbin with your finger and unwind the bobbin thread correctly. Otherwise, the thread may break or the thread tension will be incorrect. h Insert the tab bobbin cover in the lower-left corner of (1), and then lightly press the down on the right side to close the cover (2). 27
