2 Pull up the jammed paper to remove it. Jammed paper Paper is jammed inside the machine. 1 Open the scanner cover by releasing the scanner cover release lever and lifting the scanner cover. 2 Remove the jammed paper. Scanner Cover If the jammed paper is under the print heads, unplug the MFC, and then you can move the print heads to take out the paper. 3 Close the scanner cover.
