Numeric Keys You can dial the fax number of one or more recipients using - (numeric keys) on the control panel. IMPORTANT If Restrict New Addresses in System Settings (from the Additional Functions screen) is set to 'On', you cannot specify a destination using - (numeric keys). 2 (See Chapter 9, "System Settings," in the Sending Guide.) Details of each item are shown below. [Pause]: Press to insert a pause of several seconds in the fax number you are dialing. If you insert a pause within the fax number, the letter is displayed between the numbers. If you insert a pause at the end of the fax number, the letter appears.
