Installation and Configuration 5-27 To discover the disk drives: 1. From the CLI window, type the following and press Enter: run config 2. Wait a few minutes for the array controller to scan and discover the installed disk drives. 3. Once the access LED on each drive has blinked, press Enter to return to the command prompt in the CLI window. 4. Type the following and press Enter: show devices 5. Verify the devices discovered are consistent with the installed disk drives. The disk drives will be named in the DISK##### format. Refer to the Compaq StorageWorks documentation for the naming conventions for storage subsystem devices. 6. Close the CLI window.
