C.2.1 Restoring Factory Defaults To reset the xStack Storage Array to factory-default settings, use the following procedure. This procedure will require you to restart the xStack Storage Array. 1. From the management port diagnostic menu, type 1 and press Enter. A prompt asks whether you also want to reset the management port IP address (see Figure C-4). Figure C-4. Restoring Factory Defaults
To reset the xStack Storage Array to factory-default settings, use the following procedure.
This procedure will require you to restart the xStack Storage Array.
1.
From the management port diagnostic menu, type
1
and press Enter. A prompt asks
whether you also want to reset the management port IP address (see Figure C-4).

To also reset the management port IP address to its default setting, type

. Otherwise,

Press Enter. A prompt asks whether you are sure you want to reset the xStack Storage
