Steps 1. Disconnect the processor-fan cable and speaker cable from the system board. 2. Remove the speaker cable and the antenna cables through the routing guides on the bottom of the processor fan. 3. Remove the two screws (M2x4) that secure the processor fan to the palm-rest and keyboard assembly. 4. Lift the processor fan off the palm-rest and keyboard assembly. Installing the processor fan CAUTION: The information in this installation section is intended for authorized service technicians only. Prerequisites If you are replacing a component, remove the existing component before performing the installation process.
