• If there are people within 4 inches (10 cm) in front of or around the projection screen or there are any obstacles causing interference, touch operations may not work properly. • If touch operation does not work correctly even after calibration, check the Calibration Range setting in the Pen/Touch menu. Select Wide if you drag items when touching the screen or Narrow if mouse operations do not work smoothly. Parent topic: Solving Interactive Problems Solutions When You Cannot Operate a Computer from the Projected Screen If you are unable to access a computer from the projected screen, try the following solutions: • Make sure you perform pen calibration when using the interactive pen for the first time so that the projector recognizes the position of the pen correctly. • Make sure PC Interactivity is turned on in the projector's interactive toolbar. • Make sure the USB cable is securely connected. Disconnect the USB cable, and then reconnect it. If the HDMI cable is connected to the HDMI1 port on the projector, make sure the USB cable is connected to the projector's USB-B1 port. • When connecting using Screen Mirroring, you need to set up your computer. Hold down the Windows key and press K on your keyboard at the same time, then select Allow mouse, keyboard, touch, and pen input from this device. Parent topic: Solving Interactive Problems Solutions for Problems With Capturing, Printing, Saving, or Scanning If you are having trouble capturing and pasting, or printing, saving, or scanning, try the following solutions: • If you have at least 20 pages on the whiteboard screen, the following operations are unavailable: • Capturing a page • Pasting a copied object or image • Opening a new page • Scanning an image • If you are having trouble pasting a captured image, make sure the image is not HDCP protected. • If a black frame appears around a pasted image, it may be because the image was shifted or resized. • Connect only one printer or multifunction device at a time, and make sure the device is supported by the projector. 348

If you are unable to access a computer from the projected screen, try the following solutions:
