Fixed in Fabric OS 6.4.0 Workaround prior to upgrade: 1. Migrated all devices to AD0 before as outlined in the AD migrate instructions. 2. Remove the devices from the ADs using the: ad -select 255 ad -remove -d "" ad --apply 3. Perform 'ad --clear -f' followed by 'ad --apply' from the AD255 context and this should remove the ADs properly. HP StorageWorks 4/256 director with multiprotocol router blade cannot see new device across LSAN after upgrade from Fabric OS v5.x nondisruptively all the way to Fabric OS 6.2.x. Bounce of host port causes paths to be lost between host and target. Workaround prior to upgrade:
1. Migrated all devices to AD0
before as outlined in the AD migrate

3. Perform
