Solution
Closed defect summary
Fixed in Fabric OS 6.4.0
Workaround prior to upgrade:
Disable ARL configuration (use
minrate and maxrate options on the
tunnel and circuit create commands
where min rate and max rate are the
same values.
In a multi-circuit FCIP tunnel configuration with 1606 Extension SAN
switch, or multiprotocol extension blade, circuit failover on 1 Gb tunnels
may not fail over to other available circuits with two rate limited circuits.
Fixed in Fabric OS 6.4.0
Observed VE tunnel bounce after a hareboot on edge switch EX/VEXport
(Integrated Routing) under heavy load. This is due to fspftimeout during
hafailover resulting from neighbor switch disabling the port caused by
the switch taking too long to recover.
Fixed in Fabric OS 6.4.0
sfpshow displays incorrect information for static values of XFPs.
Fixed in Fabric OS 6.4.0
Running Fabric OS commands on the default switch with virtual fabrics
enabled, after performing multiple cfgenable commands with TI zones
enabled, causes a No space left on device error, and no further Fabric
OS commands can be executed.
Fixed in Fabric OS 6.4.0
Enchancement to the firmware to have an easy single command to know
the state of the encryption status.
Fixed in Fabric OS 6.4.0
Workaround prior to upgrade:
Activate the same PDCM Matrix from
WebTools, with
Active=Save
Mode
checked from
Edit CUP Port
Connectivity Configuration
window.
Unable to activate a new PDCM Matrix with Web Tools.
Fixed in Fabric OS 6.4.0
I2C read values of 0xFF and I2C NACK error case not properly handled
causing Fabric Watch to report improbable/unpredictable SFP values.
Fixed in Fabric OS 6.4.0
Multicast data traffic is not forwarded out of snooping mrouter port.
Fixed in Fabric OS 6.4.0
The ipAdEntIfIndex values@ 1.3.6.1.2.1.4.20.1.2 must correspond to
ifIndex values at 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.1.
Fixed in Fabric OS 6.4.0
Fabric Watch reports that the switch is in Marginal status due to mar-
ginal ports when no ports report errors.
Fixed in Fabric OS 6.4.0
When running a third-party host scan, the http daemon (weblinker.fcg)
terminates and restarts several times, causing a temporary management
service interruption.
Fixed in Fabric OS 6.4.0
Bad zone config
message is given in the status message window of
the zone admin module, when user creates and enables a zone config-
uration from non primary FCS switch. Proper error message should be
given in this case.
Fixed in Fabric OS 6.4.0
Virtual target edit operation [changing the LUN and enabling CHAP]
makes the virtual target to disappear from the show. You may see virtual
target going offline after an edit operation from WebTools with iSCSI.
Fixed in Fabric OS 6.4.0
When Replicate configuration fails due to some of the parameters,
DCFM does not list them in the summary message.
