1. Reboot the device or run the primary or backup extended BootWare segment from the BASIC-BOOTWARE menu. 2. Press Ctrl + B within five seconds after the "Press Ctrl+B to enter extended boot menu..." prompt message appears. If you fail to do this, the system starts decompressing the system software. BootWare password: Not required. Please press Enter to continue. 3. Press Enter at the prompt for password. The EXTEND-BOOTWARE menu appears. Password recovery capability is enabled.
