Installing a Copy Controller 1 Turn off the HP Color Copier 210. 2 Plug the copy controller into the port in the back of the HP Color Copier 210. 3 Turn on the copy controller and then the HP Color Copier 210. 4 Press the menu button untilCopy Controlleris displayed on the front panel display. CAUTION After you have activated a copy controller, you will be able to make copies only if the copy controller is attached. 5 To activate the copy controller, press Select/Resume. 6 To confirm, press Select/Resume again. Pressing any other key will cancel activating the copy controller. Using a Copy Controller After a copy controller has been activated, the only way to make copies is through the copy controller. If a person tries to make a copy without using the copy controller, the following message will appear: Cannot copy. Access through copy controller.
