The connection between the product and the EIO card in the specified slot has been broken. Recommended action Touch the OK button to clear the error message and continue printing. 41.02.00 Error To continue, touch "OK" Event log error message 41.02.00 Description The product experienced an error in the laser/scanner assembly. Recommended action Turn the product off and then on.
