53.10.0X Unsupported DIMM Description An unsupported DIMM is installed. Recommended action Turn the product off, and then replace the DIMM that caused the error. 54.XX.YY Error Event log error message 54.00.03 Description The product experienced a sensor error. Recommended action Environmental sensor failure 1. Turn the product off and then on. 2. If the error persists, replace the environment sensor assembly. 3. If the environment sensor or cartridge fan assembly has been removed or replaced, check the sensor connector (J36), the inline connector (J67), and the connector (J108) on the DC controller PCA. 54.XX.YY Error Event log error message 54.00.06 Description The product experienced a sensor error. Recommended action Registration density sensor failure 1. Open and close the front door to clean the RD sensor assembly. 2. Open the right door and check the RD sensors for toner or paper dust. 3.
