If you forget the password If you forget the administrator password, contact a service representative and ask for it to be reset to the default password. You cannot do this yourself. Access control permissions will also be reset to the default values. Access control tab In the Embedded Web server you can set sign-in requirements for specific tasks, and restrict access by users who have not signed in (guests) to specific features. Permissions can be applied to local user accounts stored on the printer. Device user accounts In the Embedded Web Server's Device user accounts tab, the administrator can create new printer user accounts and assign them specific permissions depending on their role. To create a new device user account, click the at the top of the page. Now fill in the fields Name, Email, User access code and the permission set. Click Apply to create the new account. Share the access code with the user. When using device user accounts, users sign in to the device using an access code. ENWW Access control 107
