● Retrieve from front panel (personal job): Use the personal job printing feature to specify that a job cannot be printed until you release it from the printer's front panel. To preview it in the Embedded Web Server, you will need to enter the PIN. ● Encrypted PIN printing: Protect confidential prints, and reduce the risk of leaking sensitive data. Send jobs to print from the driver, encrypted and with a PIN. From the driver, go to the Job storage section, select Retrieve from front panel (private job), enter a 4-digit PIN, then go to the printer, enter the PIN at the front panel, and retrieve the printed job. Security event logging The printer can report security event information to a standard syslog server for auditing. To configure the syslog server and settings, go to the Embedded Web Server and click Network > TCP/IP settings > Advanced. ENWW Security event logging 111
