Computer feet Description Rubber Foot Kit (includes 4 base enclosure rubber feet) Spare part number 468823-001 The computer feet are adhesive-backed rubber pads. The feet attach to the base enclosure in the locations illustrated below. Battery Description 6-cell, 2.55-Ah, 55-Wh Li-ion 4-cell, 2.55-Ah, 37-Wh Li-ion Spare part number 468816-001 468815-001 Before disassembling the computer, follow these steps 1. Shut down the computer. If you are unsure whether the computer is off or in Hibernation, turn the computer on, and then shut it down through the operating system. 2. Disconnect all external devices connected to the computer. 3. Disconnect the power from the computer by first unplugging the power cord from the AC outlet and then unplugging the AC adapter from the computer. Remove the battery: 1. Turn the computer upside down on a flat surface with the battery bay toward you. 2. Slide and release the left battery release latch (1). NOTE: The left battery release latch automatically returns to its original position. 3. Remove the battery:

Slide and release the left battery release latch

NOTE:
The left battery release latch automatically returns to its original position.
